"PUT YOUR HANDS UP"

I love to take advantage of the community's activities. Here the police were teaching the kids their different responsibilities. They were able to try on their gear, walk the line with glasses on that made them feel like they were drunk and then they had to walk the line. They were also able to see the K9 dog unit, and a bicycle rodeo.

Spring Break

This is how we enjoyed our spring break last week. I honestly was tempted to put the Christmas tree up for fun. . . honestly I was just grumpy we got so much snow!! What a difference a week makes considering this week we went to the park in shorts.

Day at the park

We had a wonderful day playing at the park. This little park had ducks and fish the kids were able to play with. Kelsey and Conner were at one end of the water when Kelsey caught a fish with her bare hands. Men around her were fishing with poles and my little 5 year old sticks her hand in the water and pulls one out.

This park also had a play area which the kids loves and we took a little picnic that we shared with the ducks. It was so much fun enjoying the weather.

Cookbooks for sale!!

The cookbook is finally done and I am placing the order. The amount of money we make will decide if I buy the Young Women hot dogs for every meal at camp or if we can have a little more variety. If you are interested in helping them eat a little better and would like to purchase a cookbook they are $10. Either leave a comment and let me know (which a few of you have and I do have you counted for), email or call. I am putting the order in soon so don't delay. I personally don't mind a hot dog but after 5 days I might be ready for a hamburger. Thanks for all your help and support while doing this killer project. I am very happy with the book. Marc is wondering what I am going to do with my time now the cookbook is done. . .
